Abstract
Immense disparity of biological terms on its domain requires appropriate extraction of information. Accordingly, Analytical Information Retrieval System on Ontology Podium (AIRS-OP), a strapping method hallucinate entity recognition from biomed corpus. It ideates applicable hindrance information from database, articles and scientific publications are crucial. In Consequence, AIRS-OP is developed to get focus on representational capabilities like semantic representation and consistent data integration of entities. AIRS-OP is an updating progressive field which fosters on the edge of bioinformatics, medical informatics and computational linguistics. Some of the vital areas in the biomedical field are named entity recognition of biological entities and named entity relationship among entities.
