A freight forwarder, forwarder, or forwarding agent, also known as a non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC), is a person or company that organizes shipments for individuals or corporations to get goods from the manufacturer or producer to a market, customer or final point of distribution. The freight forwarder ensures that the goods receive the priority it requires; documentation is appropriately filed and the goods reach its destination in the specified time. This study has been undertaken to assess the issues of freight forwarders in Bangalore International Airport. The statistical tools in the study includes simple percentage analysis, weighted average mean and ranking method.
