This study has been undertaken to investigate the determinants of Organization Context, Environmental Dynamism, Organizational Ambidexterity and Organizational Performance. The aim of the study is to ascertain if Organizational Ambidexterity acts as a mediator between the Organization Context, Environmental Dynamism and Organizational Performance. Data has been collected from established firms in Chennai. Correlation and Regression Analysis was used to test the variables and SEM Analysis was used to study the mediating effect.
