Abstract: Financial analysis is the process of identifying the financial strengths and weakness of the firm from the available accounting data and financial statements. A co-operative bank is a financial entity which belongs to its members, who are at the same time the owners and the customers of their bank. Co-operative banks are often created by persons belonging to the same local or professional community or sharing a common interest. These banks generally provide their members with a wide range of banking and financial services (loans, deposits, banking accounts). This study aims at analysing the overall financial efficiency of the Financial Performance Of Cooperative Societies In this paper We shall also discuss about the performance of sample cooperative societies on the basis of different financial ratios relating to profitability, liquidity, solvency, and capital structure.
