In this article, we have examined the unsteady free convective flow on MHD polar fluid with Dufour and chemical reaction effects past a semi-infinite vertical plate are given. The governing equations are reduced into nonlinear ordinary differential equations with the help of similarity transformation. The solutions of the reduced equations are established analytically with help of perturbation method. The expressions for the velocity, angular velocity, temperature and concentration are computed graphically with various emerging parameters.
