Title

Synthesis and Characterization of ZnO/CuO Nanoparticles by thermal Decomposition Method

Abstract

Nanotechnology did not arises from a single day. Many industrialize company spends lots of money for the development of nanotechnology. Nano-science consist of lots of major innovations. It should progress economy and development. The synthesis of ZnO/CuO nano particle very useful in optical applications. These particles are used as a coloring agent. ZnO/CuO nano particles are synthesized by thermal decomposition method because it is possible at room temperature. The synthesized particles are Characterized by XRD, SEM and UV.
