Abstract

E-waste consists of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) The term E-Waste applies to all the wastes from or caused by Electronic items. E-Waste Mining is a simple technique where e-waste can be dumped in an open pit and then using the usual mining techniques the metal and mineral components used in the electrical and electronic products can be extracted.
