This study aims to investigate the perception of employees towards job satisfaction with regard to demographic variables such as department, designation, and income. one-way ANOVA has been applied to know the opinions of employees towards job satisfaction (consists of six factors viz. being social, freedom to work, job development, working environment , rewards and supervisor's orientation)with respect to various demographic variables.. The study investigated that there is a mix of opinions of respondents from various demographic profiles; still major part of the study is deviated towards not significant difference among the opinions of various respondents at various levels of department, designation and income.
