Ecofeminism is a relatively new part of the feminist movement, evolving out of the political activism and scholarly works over the past years which argue that the current global environmental crisis is an outcome of patriarchal culture. Ecofeminism asserts that all forms of oppression must be addresses in their totality oppression of the natural world and if woman by patriarchal power structures must be examined together or neither can be confronted fully. Ecofeminist activities have been a daily part of women’s lives worldwide for centuries people who want to protect the earth and promote a sustainable life style started the ecological environment which challenge us to examine one way of thinking about nature.
