The invention of an efficient and accurate diagnosis technique for treatment of any disease is always become a blessing for the society. One of the major goal of research and scientific activity of today’s world is to improve the health sector. It has seen that modern Bio-medical science today uses data mining algorithms to study the history of major diseases, which is obviously a critical job. This paper primarily focuses on the research related to diagnosis of heart diseases that uses data mining classification techniques. Different important data mining classification algorithms specially Decision tree, SVM, k-NN are discussed through this study.
