Title

Green synthesis and anti-microbial activity of zinc oxide nanoparticles prepared from Chrysanthemum indicum plant extract

Abstract

The metallic nanoparticles are very common use of Chemists, Physists, Biologists and Engineers who wish to use them for development of new generation nanodevices and drugs . In this current study of zinc oxide nanoparticles were synthesized from zinc nitrate (3mM) through a simple and eco-friendly route using leaf broth of Chrysanthemum indicum plant extract as reductant and stabilizer. The aqueous zinc ions when exposed to leaf broth were reduced and resulted in the green synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles ranges from 450 nm. The bio reduced zinc oxide nanoparticles were characterized by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and sem analysis
