The article tries to find out the influence of influence of organizational climate on job performance among nurses. Sample size was 90 in all obtained through convenience sampling technique in Cuddalore district. Researcher designed questionnaire is with 5 point scale in the continuum of agreeing. Reliability of this tool is 0.82 and 0.88. Path analysis was used for data analysis. The analysis found that there is influence of dimensions of organizational climate such as job security, remuneration and rewards and role clarity on job performance. It is found that there is influence of job performance on organizational performance. Hence, it is concluded that the hospital management encourage the nurses should provide appreciation like awards and rewards, certificate, symbols and hall of fame to the best performer nurse and it helps to encourage the nurses and increase the nurses’ job performance in Cuddalore district.
