Authentic Leaders are personalities who are aware of what they think and what they react for a particular issue, Authenticity in the leaders would ponder their ethical values while involving in decision making. The leaders require authenticity in order to involve themselves in all managerial activities in an organization in a just and ethical preceding. Chester Barnard describes The analysis pertaining to this study would be the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) using the data samples obtained from the Team leaders of the IT companies .The samples basically had been obtained from the team leaders of the Software Development phase the results after performing analysis and undergoing observations showed varied outcomes as it is just an exploratory study to test the Authentic Leadership quality in prevalent in the Leaders of that particular phase of IT sector.
