Vehicular Ad-hoc network (VANETs) is a network in which vehicle to vehicle, vehicle to infrastructure along with infrastructure to infrastructure communication take place. While the nodes i.e. vehicles are not statics they change their position in every time and again, hence mobility is the prime challenge. Basic criteria to divide the vehicular mobility model is Macroscopic mobility model and Microscopic mobility model and also Mesoscopic mobility model which is compromise of both macro and micro mobility model. From research perspective generating mobility models provides a better result in evaluation to the traditional models. To manage the communication among vehicles to vehicles and vehicle to infrastructure, management should be there. This survey work discusses the various types of mobility model and management
