Title

Green Synthesis of Noble Metal Nanoparticles with Antimicrobial Properties

Abstract

Attractive physical and chemical properties of metal nanoparticles (MNPs), such as antimicrobials, are used in many biomedical areas. Many researchers have attempted to investigate new aspects that derive from its limited scale from the respective value of MNPs. The growing market for MNPs has drawn interest in research into designing simpler, quicker, cheaper and environmentally sound synthesis methods for MNPs. The developed form of mp has received great attention because of its excellent attributes and diverse usages for noble metal nanoparticles, particularly silver (Ag), gold (Au) and platinum (Pt) of the MNPs. The most serious challenges in the food industry and the implementation of medical devices and water treatment are microbial contamination, for instance. In order to deal with this, nanoscale and nanostructures, particularly NMNPs, with new antimicrobial characteristics have been created. The available green approaches for the manufacturation and biocompatibility of the various plant extracts for NMNPs (AgNPs, AuNPs and PtNPs) are examined in this report. The advances of NMNPs in the area of toxicity issues, their antimicrobial effects and potential challenges are emphasised in this field.
