Classroom make the fundamental concept clear, but practical survey in a firm has significant role to play in a subject of Business Management to develop managerial skills, it is necessary that they combine their classroom's learning with the knowledge of real business environment. In this background this report is placed before the esteemed Academic Professionals/Management. The Report of the project entitled “Training and Development in Schools with Special Reference to Visakhapatnam " has not only helped me to enhance my knowledge about various fields of Human Resources & Company responsibilities towards their welfare but also gave new dimensions to gain knowledge about psychology & attitude of the Employees towards the work & their duties.
