Title

Entrepreneurship: A Solution for Socioeconomic Development.

Authors

Abstract

The primary cause of declining living standards and poverty in the majority of developing nations is rising unemployment. The poor are getting poorer, and the per capita income has been dropping quickly. Even those who are literate struggle with underemployment or unemployment and are unable to produce enough income to meet their necessities. According to industry requirements, certified graduates are severely lacking in some skills. There is a sizable group of literate unemployed workers in India who are unable to make economic contributions to the country and its society. The primary issue facing governments is how to increase societal economic empowerment. Local economic growth can be significantly aided by the economic empowerment of these illiterate but excluded young people in the nation. An entrepreneurial atmosphere is required in order to support entrepreneurs in launching their own businesses and growing microeconomies. The answer may lie in skill-based special trainings and raising student understanding of entrepreneurship. A few steps in this direction could be the distribution of information, financial access, mentoring, and business incubation facilities within educational institutions. Among this vast number of unemployed literates, an entrepreneurial mindset can boost trading and job creation in the local economy. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an effective educational system that meets industrial expectations and is geared toward empowering young people who are literate.
