The study explores the connection between CSR and HRM and explains the vital role of HRs in CSR initiatives. CSR is now recommended to rearrange HR professionals as tactical business partners to enhance the successful covering and implementation of CSR programs. For implementing the program in the organization, the article defines the role commitment of HR professionals towards CSR activities to educate employees on the value of CSR, developing responsible and sustainable practices, communicating CSR activities to other stakeholders, and providing direction, and action plans. This study considers various aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility and attempts to interpret differences in the level of performance among HRs in Information Technology Companies. The overarching goal of this paper is to evaluate and compare CSR performance level among HRs located in Chennai City.
