Title

A study on the relationship between CRM and marketing strategies with reference to organized retail sector

Abstract

This paper focuses on identifying the theoretical perspectives of customer relationship management. This study also determines the linkage between customer relationship management and other marketing strategies of retail sector. The concept of Customer relationship management was inferred from different literature reviews. It also includes the significance of customer based marketing, customer knowledge management insights and their impact on marketing strategies. The findings of the paper report that there exists positive relationship between CRM and marketing strategies. Further, the study also explores the impact of dimensions of customer relationship management on marketing strategies.
