Title

Abstract

In today’s digital era and Millennial work force, the role of HR demands new skills and sustainable practices to address to the unique work force challenges of this age and to contribute to the business performance of the organisation. In this context this paper tries to highlight the significance of Emotional Intelligence as a tool or an intervention in bringing about a desired work place attributes and outcome. This paper tries to identify the significance of EI in Team Performance. The study was conducted among 120 respondents who belonged to the Millennial group working in technology based organization.
