Title

Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Key Indicator for Organization Development and Change

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is one of the precursors of authoritative viability. The fundamental point of this investigation was to examine the association of citizenship conduct and social knowledge on authoritative duty at vehicle producing businesses. Earlier examinations have depicted the alliance between authoritative citizenship behaviour and the factors of worker state of mind. Research has uncovered that hierarchical citizenship conduct helps with expanding the execution of the association. There are three parts of authoritative responsibility utilized in this examination. They are full of feeling responsibility, Duration duty and Regulating duty. The gathered facts are from the tried polls. The objective was to analyse the dependency of organizational Change and Development on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour , Organizational Commitment, Social Intelligence and Charismatic leadership. Methods/Statistical analysis: This study was conducted in Mahindra World City, Chennai.The Sample size of this exploration is 201.The respondents are from different office and position .The data was collected using questionnaire and multiple regression analysis (Enter Method ) was applied draw a equation to calculate the dependent variable by the independent variables with SPSS 21.0 software . Findings: The results showed that Organizational development and change depends significantly on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and has no significant dependency on Organizational commitment, Social Intelligence and Charismatic Leadership.
