India is a praised country giving the normal saying 'Solidarity decent variety. It is the place people of various religious feelings are residesety. Women have been given an uncommon place in every religion which is working as a noteworthy window decoration covering the eyes of people and help in the continuation of various shrewdness deals with (tallying physical and mental) against women as a standard since ages. In the old Indian culture, there was a custom of sati pratha, nagar vadhu structure, share system, sexual mercilessness, harsh conduct at home, female tyke murder, parda pratha, life partner duplicating, prurient conduct at work put, tyke marriage, kid work, devadashi pratha, etc including other uncalled for practices. All such kind of debilitated practices is a consequence of male power staggering and man driven course of action of the overall population. Sexual Harassment is an unwelcome sexual gestures or demand for sexual support or other verbal or physical direct of sexual nature. In this materialistic era the # me too campaign has highlighted the quandary of women and different survivors have drawn nearer to share disastrous events of improper conduct .In India various laws are made for women identifying with this issue. In this Paper I am throwing light on the substantive and procedural law, provided for women against the offences committed with her and which outrage her modesty such as rape harassment etc. In this paper procedure is been discussed step by step.
