The objective of this article is to present and discuss the effect of Class F Fly Ash (FA) and Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) on the Split tensile strength of Geo-Polymer Concrete (GPC) with different GGBS to fly ash proportions are studied. Sodium Silicate (Na2SiO3) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution with 8, 10 and 12 Molarity have been used as alkaline activator. In the present investigation, it is proposed to study the effect of GGBS to fly ash proportions on Split Tensile strength of Geo polymer concrete. A Parameter called ‘Binder Index ‘is introduced to quantify the effects of molarity, GGBS to fly ash ratio on Split Tensile strength of Geo Polymer Concrete at ambient temperature is presented.
