Title

Computational proteomic study of kidney failure based on leucine zipper factor-like protein1

Abstract

The protein leucine zipper transcription factor-like protein1 and its isoforms are found to be largely confined to kidney failure through fluctuation in its physiochemistry. The isoforms are relatively different from each other in their physiochemical composition, which suggests that they play a major role in molecular alteration in the renal cells. It also has been observed that, there is no short disorder in isoform2, whereas short order varies from 1.003 to 10.93 in the rest of two isoforms, so as the long disorder varies from 10.28 to 31.25 in the three proteins. It shows the conformational heterogeneity encoded in their amino acid sequences, which may end in structural amendments of the proteins leading to harmful effects to the kidney’s normal functioning. Further systems biology approach explorations along with molecular dynamics may help the elucidation of mechanisms behind kidney failure.
