ICT and Social Media concentrates most of formal educations setting but emphasizes that the distinction between formal and informal learning has bebecome artificial in a network world and that there is a convergence of formal and informal learning in the mirror of high level use of internet for educational aspects especially by students , an often in home rather than in a formal education setting .The impact on our lives of ICT and Social Mediain giving expression to individuals and group anytime , anywhere and in various ways indicates the need of closely research the changes that are occurring in society and teach our students how to best maximze ICT and Social Media .There are wide recognition the value of ICT and Social Media to promote learning opportunities through out life , indeed many successful innovations exsits , the potential has seldom been harnessed in strategic in building inclusive and coherent learning with learning oppotunities . The growth in the use of ICT and Social Media such as Facebook , Whatsapp , Twitter and Teligram has been a major factors of recent last years in whole world .It is a example of technical innovation which has host to significant and rapid social innovation through possibilities . It opens up for information sharing , interpersonal communication , supporting group and social action .
