AN ANALYSIS OF CREDIT CARD HOLDER’S PERCEPTION TOWARDS THE MARKET FORCES AND THE INFLUENCE TOWARDS THE BUYING BEHAVIOR PATTERN.

Abstract

In India buying behavior of the customer is greatly derived based on their economic structure. In India there is most of the population falls under the category of lower middle and middle income. They don’t have significant ability to increase their spending habits, but they tend to do the same. By this bank are experiencing new pattern of buying behavior by the credit card holders which influences more the spending habit. In this research work the primary attempt is to investigate pattern of buying behavior by credit card users in the evolving economics and reasons which influence the credit card holders to use credit cards for in their day to day life and which reasons highly tempt them to spend in excess. To conduct the research 50 credit card holders are approached and been analyzed. This study also reveals that there are no significant relationships among the gender difference is not a concern for using credit cards. The study recommends the credit card marketing must be diver with various benefits based on customer demographic and attitudes towards using short debt so that their pattern of buying behaviors arise positively. This study aims to clarify the experiences, the benefits received by credit card users depending on their economic status.
