Recent Investigation and Specification of Pharmaceutical Industry using Total Quality Management and Enterprise Resource Planning System

Abstract

Abstract: In this highly competitive environment of pharmaceutical field companies are maintain the market shares. This is the fast and ever growing companies. In the firm process the order faster and give the customer it is the high demand. The compliance is managed legal and status information’s are simultaneously managed with the requirement regulatory. In terms of process and data flows are the serious technical challenges of the manufacturer. The area of business is used to enterprise resource planning (ERP) - software programs it is used to resolve the integration challenge. It is used the common database and reporting tools of shared management. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) allows the web services it is connect with the suppliers and providers of logistics. The implications on Supply Chain Management are highlighted in the ERP system. The operational performance and inter-relationship is investigated the impact of total productive maintenance (TPM) and total quality management (TQM). In the industry of pharmaceutical it consists of three main constructs TPM, TQM and operational performance. The TPM is consists of the four constructs, they are maintenance of disciplined, tracking information, housekeeping and operator involvement. The TQM is consists of four constructs data quality and reporting, innovation of product, management of research and development (R&D) and management of technology. The linkage between TPM, TQM and operation performance is diagnosed. The advance equipment’s and processes are the complex system in the pharmaceutical industry.
