The training and development is one of the most effective practices in the organization. It is therefore, no organization can functioning without following this training and development method. The study consists of simple random sampling method for selecting the respondents to collect the data. There are 75 respondents who have contributed their intention on this study. It is resulted that, the effective training programmes are conducted by the organization to their employees. The development towards the future is also in good manner.
