Abstract

Customer satisfaction in any industry plays an important role. Two Wheeler industries is expanding by leaps and bounds, they are introducing new models every year, to suit the changing needs of customers of various segments and creating niche markets. Profit making and wealth creation are the ultimate goals of any business, when it comes to two wheeler industry the pre sale and post sale servicing plays a vital role. The present study reveals the facts about customer satisfaction and their true feelings about authorized two wheeler service centres compared to private services centres in rural area.
