For practitioners of meditation, to make meditation easy, practice of Pranayam is super beneficial. Therefore for new practitioners of meditation, need to have full efficiency in Pranayam. Normally most of the people have an assumption that to practice Pranayam is only to prevent disease or to keep them healthy, but only few people know that through Pranayam to achieve spiritual achievement, becomes very simple and easy, because Pranayam directly influence the nervous system of a human. In Hata Yoga texts and in various Upanishads, Pranayam is described as a important part of Yoga for accomplishment. Our virtual brain is called Lord of the senses, and Senses can be controlled by Pran (life). Modern scientific study also accepts that Pranayam is extremely important for a person’s physical and mental health.
