Abstract: A study was conducted to find out well being among adolescent in relation to parental disciplinary practices. The sample consists out of 150 adolescents students were equally distributed boys and girls studying in 10+1 and 10+2 from Senior Secondary School of Ludhiana District of Punjab State. General well-being scale (2012) by Kalia and Deswal and Parental Disciplinary practices Inventory by Jyoti Mankar was used for the collection of data purpose. The result revealed that there is no significant difference exists between mean scores of parental disciplinary practices of adolescent boys and girls. Further result revealed that there exists significant differences between mean scores of well-being of adolescent boys and girls. The result revealed that adolescent boys have high well-being than their female counterparts.
