Title

Comparative study of Crystallographic Representation and Structural Models TiO2 and Al2O3

Abstract

In current study comparison between structure models and Patterson densities TiO2 and Al2O3 polymorphs carried out using VESTA software. The most important phases of Al2O3 polymorphs are α-Al2O3, γ- Al2O3, θ-Al2O3. TiO2 three main polymorphs anatase, rutile, and brookite are considered for comparative study. We constructed the visual of structural models, lattice plane parameters in terms of cryastallographic representation of TiO2 and Al2O3 polymorphs α-Al2O3, γ- Al2O3, θ-Al2O3. In current research work attempts were made to explore structural and crystallographic parameters of Al2O3 and TiO2 polymorphs.
