Title

DISASTER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

The other available means of finding victims buried under the rubble of an earthquake are the use of dogs or other material. These existing devices do not work to find human victims sleeping less than a few meters away, especially in cases where the victims are completely trapped below or too weak to respond to a signal sent by rescuers. Therefore, there is a great need for a new health-care system that can be used to locate human victims trapped in the depths of an earthquake. The technology of the Finding Individual for Disaster and Emergency Response (FINDER) model can find people buried under the rubble in a disaster situation for immediate medical attention.
