The objective of the present study is to analyze and evaluate the impact of leverages on profitability of Hero MotoCorp. Normally, many discussion were made on the financial activities of the business. These days operating leverage is also used extensively as it is generated from the operating activities of the business. There is increase in return on equity by using the money to control the assets instead of own them by operating leverage. The present study makes an attempt to analyze the impact of both financial leverage and operating leverage on the profitability of Hero MotoCorp. The study covers the period of six financial years from 2013-14 to 2018-19. Leverage analysis is used to analyze the data of the selected company for the period under study. The study concluded that the leverage position of the company was satisfactory during the study period.
