Title

Mathematical Modeling with Reliability of a Standby Redundant System under Human and Common Cause Failure

Abstract

Aim of this paper is to investigate the reliability of a standby redundant system has been studied under two type failures, common cause and human error. The model presented here is consists of one operative unit and two standby units namely warm standby and cold standby. The effect of various parameters is presented by graphs.
