ATTITUDE TOWARDS MODERNIZATION IN RELATION TO EMOTIONAL COMPETENCE OF B.ED STUDENTS

Abstract
The present investigation was conducted to find out the attitude towards modernization in relation to Emotional competence of B.Ed students. Sample of 200 B.Ed students were selected from educational colleges of Abohar Tehsil. Comprehensive Modernization Inventory (CMI) by Ahlluwalia and Kalia (1985) & Scale of Emotional Competencies by H.C.Sharma and R.Bhardwaj (1995) were used for present investigation .Study revealed significant relationship between attitude towards modernization and emotional competence of B.Ed students. Significant difference in the attitude towards modernization between male and female B.Ed students having high emotional competence and no significant difference was not in the attitude towards modernization between male and female B.Ed students having low emotional competence.
