A STUDY ON SOCIAL FREEDOM OF MARRIED FEMALE TEACHER EDUCATORS AND UNMARRIED FEMALE TEACHER EDUCATORS IN DIFFERENT COLLEGES OF EDUCATION

Abstract

Indian women are as capable as any women in any parts of the world. But unlike women in many western countries, Indian women are derived Equal opportunities or social freedom for working with men in many spheres of life. Constitutionally Indian women have been granted equal rights or social freedom, but practically speaking they are kept much behind men in various life activities. Hence the women should be given equal rights and social freedom everywhere according to their special interest and legitimate demands. Women are specially trained in professional courses. Indian requires a large number of women teachers for the teaching of education. Hence, more training colleges are opened for the training of women teachers and more seats are reserved for them. If trained women are sent to work in rural areas they should given hire salaried and immediate facilities residence and other amenities for obvious reasons. Now, the female teacher educates either they are married or unmarried they get a lot good services and their social freedom is improving day by day. Fill the time of today from Vedic period of freedom of women has been magically changed. Now they are binned with self-confident, self-esteemed, self-dependent and government made a lot of provision for them. But the another part of society is need to be improve according to the time to provide the social freedom of female teachers educators.
