Review of related literature has immense promise and potential because it meets the challenges of skilling in this modern era of knowledge. The investigator undertook this research work for investigation by reviewing the available literature because no comprehensive research work on skilling young workforce has been conducted completely. Although, much has been done and many studies has been conducted by many sociologists and educationalists hitherto on skilling, but these have not been more than the statements bound in time and space. Thus, the present research work is an effort made after reviewing the available literature (that clearly suggests that there has been no comprehensive study so far in the Indian context). However, finding a paradigm which fits the emerging needs of the field is a tedious task. The skilling of young minds is a present requisite as a whole in order to bring every one and any one on the most modern educational footings by reaching the man standing last in the cue.
