Title

STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AND PERSONALITY OF SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL REFRENCE TO GENDER

Abstract

The modern aim of education is wholesome, balanced or harmonious development of student. Educationists and psychologists are busy in building wholesome or harmonious personality of the individual. The present investigator has designed this research with purpose to bring to light those factors which are either helpful or determinant to school success. The present study has three purposes; the first is to find out the correlation between academic achievement and personality. The second is to know the influence of academic achievement on personality and the third is to know the influence of personality on academic achievement.
