Title

A Review of different force reactions and sustainability of gear

Abstract

Gears are an essential component of industrial equipment; hence, the failure of gears might lead to a significant drop in productivity if the machinery were to break down. Evaluating the condition of a machine promptly is always vital. Because of this, researchers in this area have been encouraged to create techniques for identifying faults in gears. In order for manufacturing to remain competitive on a worldwide basis, it is necessary to align itself with a variety of stringent environmental standards. The manufacturing sector is working hard to boost efficiency and enhance product quality while keeping the environment clean and working toward environmental sustainability. This is something that can only be accomplished by using environmentally responsible production practices, such as cutting down on the number of steps involved in the production by using more modern and innovative techniques, using lubricants and techniques that are safe for the environment when machining, reducing waste, engaging in responsible waste management, and cutting down on the amount of energy used, among other things. This work reviews the different reaction forces that act on the gear during working and also includes their impact on gears’ life sustainability and feasibility.
