The material characterization in terms of electrical properties especially dielectric properties are the major attraction for researchers. Among various available techniques, time domain reflectometry (TDR) technique is one of the prominent techniques. For microwave dielectric relaxation studies, TDR technique provides useful dielectric data in short time for a wide frequency range from 100 MHz to 20GHz. This technique requires small amount of sample so that it can be used to study costly materials and the data obtained are in terms of dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss.
