To bridge this gap, adopting innovative and interactive teaching pedagogies is imperative. This paper explores the current state of management education in India, highlighting its shortcomings and analyzing the potential of participative methodologies to rejuvenate the learning process. It emphasizes the need for business schools to integrate global best practices, align curricula with market demands, and foster skill development to prepare students for entrepreneurial ventures and corporate leadership. The study provides actionable insights into creating a transformative educational framework that meets the aspirations of students, the requirements of employers, and the broader societal objectives.
