This research paper is based on actual real life case study of project titled “Indian Medical Association House,(IMA) Salatwada, and Vadodara.” Under Mr Ashish Amin as an architect, structure consultant: Mr Chirag shah and project management consultant: Riddhi Siddhi construction consultancy, Electric consultant: Mr Yogesh shah and plumbing consultant: Mr Pinakin Patel. IMA foundation is 30 ft. below G.L near and all around wall for ramps and basement (LB, UB). So, 96 piles designed to retain compound wall during construction of retaining wall of basements. But, due to leakage constantly behind the same common compound wall lead to fall 3 piles from foundation. No Human. Labour or vendor were ready to work in this type of critical situation at IMA site.PMC has taken up responsibility and completed the work with safety, Engineering and Management.
