Higher education in India offers unique opportunities to transform the statistical surplus into financial quality by providing the young people with the skills they need to upgrade their employability in the job sector. There is no suitable technique to understand the customer's request and to measure customer compliance in the advertised administration. The distinction between desire and satisfaction can become a gap. The latest studies had not ultimately investigated the behavior of students in different classifications of educational programs for educational institutions. Subsequently, the demographic impact is considered in the present review. The initial segment captured the descriptive qualities of the respondents. The design of the sample explains the size of the sample and the sampling technique used in the study. The land area of the city of Calcutta was established for research. The main objective of the Calcutta harvest was to assume that it was the educational center. A proportional stratified random sample was used to select the respondents. The researcher organized a general description of several facilities that offer a management program in the city of Calcutta. Four classifications of higher instructional foundations were considered that offer a management program in and around the city of Calcutta.
