Title

Save Onion producers in India and Save economy.

Abstract

With huge frustration and apathy the only way remains now with the Government of India to act right now with these following tools immediately to save the lives of onions producers of India for saving the country's big economy and save the reputation in the global markets. Onion producers are always deprived from their basic rights and they should now get their legitimate rights of having direct access into the mandi or sabji market even with the help of police (where necessary) to sell their products directly by themselves with out any hindrance through govt. or cooperative society or by setting up of self counter in the markets in order to eliminate these middlemen with the help of central government to curb these menaces of middlemen who are destroying the country's economy since time immemorial. Each and every government are now acting on different ways which far from ground reality for which up til now the govt could not save the lives of onion producers and the health of country's economy. All though two earlier governments in India dramatically got severe jolts over the onion issues in spite of that still the government is in deep slumber. Govt. should not think on loan waiving abruptly by simply following the stereotype policies of earlier governments for every Kishan irrespective of any field rather govt. should enforce or enact such stringent laws for the banks to regulate the all banks to reduce the rates of interest of Agricultural Loans as minimum as 1% to 2% which is quite far better than becoming of all loans to be branded as NPA due to hefty interest rates . All previous government did only cosmetic surgeries but not cured the diseases with proper medication. Because concept of loan waiving is not only the ultimate solutions for any welfare government , because the system of loan waiving will not only destroy the mental stamina of the farmers not by spoiling the tax payers money but it will also destroy the country's solid economy slowly . Here the bank should act with the concept of no profit no loss theory for country's development even these banks can also survive with minimum operational profit. Frequent loan waiving therapy as did by previous foolish government had made the Kishan idle which we have seen in earlier USSR, so the government should act immediately otherwise we will have face the consequences .
