In the present world, everything is going to be more advanced, attractive and user friendly. Hence, the main objective of this project is to develop the industrial machines and its operation is user friendly. Our project is depends on the quality testing machine of emitting pipe and find its mean emission rate (Flow Rate) by using PLC. Our projects are developing this machine for finding the emission flow rate automatically by using PLC logic. We are also finding coefficient of variation (CV) and emitter exponent (m).Using beaker for store the water coming through emitter measure these water weight by using load cell and its conversion from weight into volume in milliliter by using water density multiplied by obtained value from load cell. Using this technology in machine then emitter testing time consuming and measurement of various part is more precisely. It is more accurately than manual calculation and measurement. Our main motive of the project is its testing results in the PDF or CSV format and graphical representation from the obtain result.
