Abstract
ABSTRACT- Now a day economy is very important in construction industry.proper planning and scheduling is very important part of construction project for reducing and controlling delay. Improper planning can be lead to major delay in project work. Planning of such project required huge amount of paperwork and time, which can be reduced with the project planning software. Now a day economy is very important in construction industry .Primavera software help to reduce the cost of construction. The main objective of this paper is to plan, schedule, and track industrial project with the help of primavera software. In large scale project preparing accurate plan is very difficult. Computer packages like MS project and primavera project planner are used in construction industry.[8]
