The corporate exposure and learning report has been done in FOOD INDUSTRIES LTD” and I have selected, my topic as “A Study on Effectiveness Performance Appraisal System”. Performance appraisal can be viable instrument for peopling for their development and improvement in authoritative setting. Through efficient evaluation framework a representative can make learning spaces for self in an association. For this study report, a detailed personal interview, structured questionnaire used to collect primary data. Sampling size of 100 respondents was selected on the basis of random sampling. The study was conducted with an objective of studying the performance appraisal system prevailing and the effectiveness of performance appraisal system at food industries. It includes introduction about the industry. It includes introduction, theoretical background about performance appraisal needs, objectives, research methodology, data analysis, findings, suggestions and conclusion. On conclusion of this study, the detailed report has been draw up and here by submitted.
