Title

CASH MANAGEMENT OF TVS MOTOR AND HERO MOTOCORP COMPANIES

Abstract

ABSTRCT: The study emphasis that how cash management has its influence over TVS Motor and Hero Motocorp companies. The successes of companies are forecasted with the help of cash flows management and its accounting terms. The flow of cash will decide the smooth running of business activities in each and every form of companies. This in turn ensues in insolvency or in liquidation of companies. The plan and control of cash flow is the main objective of cash management. Excessive cash flow will confine unwanted long-term capital with a result that the return on capital employed will be lower as compared to previous years. Insufficient cash flow will reduce the unnecessary investments, but trouble-free business process is impossible. Thus, cash management has more significance than, that of other current assets. Because of this, cash is the life blood of business activities in any kind of organisation. Financial management in companies reveals that a cash flow management is one of the most important instruments utilised by higher officials to increase the company's value in the market economy. Hence the study exhibits the liquidity of companies in the economy. Because journals relating to the companies were about their stability, so the study is deeply into the concept of cash management. However the certain ratios related to cash are discussed in this concept. KEY WORDS: Cash flow; Cash flow management; Cash requirements; cash flow and liquidity.
