In the current era web mining is a rising field of data mining where Web Usage Mining (WUM) can be explained as the invention and study of user access pattern through mining of log files of particular websites. Enormous no of sightseer connect day to day with websites throughout the whole world. Due to that uncountable amount of data are being produced and this data is very helpful to understood behaviour of customers. World Wide Web (WWW) consist of kwebsites that will be increase the n number pages of web. At that period visitor visit different website .Then user find huge volume of web page for their required necessities. By the use of data mining techniques find frequent behaviour patterns from a web log database. There are lots of algorithm for this method, such as Apriori and FP-Growth. Apriori and FP-Growth algorithm not play effective role on large database; therefore various meta-heuristic techniques can be adoption. In this paper WUM is recommendation system which is personalized information filtering technique, In this work find frequent patterns of web files in association rules are finding through Genetic Algorithm. This technique can be used to evaluate recent idea and assist to the formation of regular and most visited pages. Here Genetic Algorithm is used to find optimal patterns of web pages or behaviour of visitors.
